PHYSICAL GIFT CARD INSTRUCTIONS
Input your email address in the "Recipient Email" section, and include the recipient's physical address in the "Gift Message" section. I will create and mail a physical gift card to the recipient, and you will have a backup email gift card to send to them when you are ready.
