CARE OF OILED WOOD
I use a mix of all-natural tung oil, citrus, beeswax and mineral oil to create a durable and food-safe finish. Wooden utensils are sturdy, but they should be treated with respect. They should never be put in the dishwasher, and excessive hot water or soaking will make the finish wear off faster. Ideally, they should be hand washed with lukewarm water and toweled dry.
