This wooden spatula design is my best seller at markets – it fits into your hand with ease, whether you’re a lefty or a righty. The angle creates a pointy end that’s great for scraping the corners of pots, and a rounded end that’s perfect for bowls. Use it to flip pancakes, ice cakes and mix stir-fries. A great all-around kitchen tool for a wide range of uses. Finished with pure tung oil and citrus, followed by a coat of beeswax and mineral oil.
I offer two sizes:
9″ long: Ideal for small hands and delicate work
11″ long: A better choice for people who cook in large sauce pans
CARE OF OILED WOOD
Hand wash only! I use a mix of all-natural tung oil, citrus, beeswax and mineral oil to create a durable and food-safe finish. Wooden utensils are sturdy, but they should be treated with respect. They should never be put in the dishwasher, and excessive hot water or soaking will make the finish wear off faster. Ideally, they should be hand washed with lukewarm water and toweled dry.
